ALMOND SHORTBREAD COOKIES Roopa I tried out the shortbread recipe from the Sprinklebakes book today, which can also be found here. I used almond extract instead of vanilla, and they turned out fantastic. They are quite easy to make, and it’s also easy to gauge when they’re done!
CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES WITH ALMOND BUTTERCREAM ICING Roopa I used this cupcake recipe, and just a basic almond buttercream (left over from last week’s Cookie Monster cupcakes). I added Skor bits on top for the final product, but they weren’t the most aesthetically pleasing. Just delicious.
