It was my sister’s birthday, and the primary requirements were “vanilla” and “pink.” I feel like I succeeded!

I halved the recipe and used egg replacer in this cake, so it was a little more dense than I would have liked. I have since started trying to tweak recipes to replace eggs rather than using standard replacers.
