RED VELVET CUPCAKES WITH CINNAMON CREAM CHEESE ICING

I used this red velvet cupcake recipe from Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World (and I actually remembered the oil this time!), and this cream cheese icing recipe. Nothing terribly novel. Most of my baking this break has to fit in small time slots, so I need to be pretty efficient about it.
