CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES WITH WHIPPED CREAM TOPPING. Roopa I made a batch of these and covered them in whipped cream and raspberries. Simple, but delicious. I always add vanilla and a little bit of granulated sugar to my whipped cream, which I think makes a big difference.
