Almond Shortbread

ALMOND SHORTBREAD COOKIES Roopa I tried out the shortbread recipe from the Sprinklebakes book today, which can also be found here. I used almond extract instead of vanilla, and they turned out fantastic. They are quite easy to make, and it’s also easy to gauge when they’re done!

I used  this cupcake recipe, and this icing recipe (although I use a bit of milk rather than cream, and I proportioned everything to ~90g of butter), and put skor bits on top.
