QUINOA BROWN RICE FLAX CRACKERS
I wanted to try make something that I would actually eat, aka something gluten free and relatively healthy. I tried out this recipe here.They were absolutely delicious, but there were definitely a few issues. The temperature was off – the outsides were crispy while the insides were soft – and the parchment paper was causing some issues. When you add up all the cooking time + baking time, they are the most inefficient crackers ever. I’m going to tinker with the recipe a bit, because I did really like the taste of them!
