This really was the byproduct of having an overabundance of blueberries in my house, some of which were getting a touch sketchy. You know that ‘not good to eat but not actually going bad yet’ stage? They were there. Something needed to be done. That something was blueberry muffins.
I adapted this recipe here, and used some whole wheat and added more blueberries. The goal, after all, was to use up as many blueberries as possible. They tasted pretty good, but I’ve definitely had better. Next time I’ll be trying my mother’s recipe.
