As an early birthday/graduation present, my parents got me a stand mixer! It’s this lovely, 800W, 5.5 quart bad boy right here:
I need to decide what to name it! To test it out, I made some stiff icing and made flowers. I maaaayy have gone a little overboard with the flowers; I was a little too excited!
Flowers.
And more flowers.
And yet more flowers. This wasn’t even half of the icing.
I think I’ll maybe cut that recipe in half next time.
