The final addition to the baking care package Theresa and I sent with Stephen and his friends on the bachelor party (mentioned originally in my cheddar and caramelized white chocolate scone post) was cookies! This is the first version of the brown sugar shortbread cookie recipe that I posted. I forgot how good they were!
I won’t say too much about these cookies, because I’ve written about them twice now. I also have a picture, and they say those are worth a thousand words 😉
Do note that the bag of cookies is nearly empty.
