RAW VEGAN BROWNIE BITES
These were quite literally the byproduct of hanger [hunger + anger] + a no refined sugar health kick + an insatiable chocolate craving. I raided my kitchen and scrounged up dates, peanut butter, and cocoa. I put them into a food processor with a bit of almond milk until they tasted amazing. No joke, they taste like real brownies. I want to eat all of them immediately.
(If I had to guess at amounts, I would say ~30 dates + 1/3 cup of natural peanut butter + ¼ – 1/3 cup of cocoa + ¼ cup milk. Really though, you just add more of whatever you feel is lacking.)
