VANILLA BABY DOUGHNUTS
These were another attempt at these vanilla doughnuts from Sprinklebakes. I added just over 1/8 tsp. of nutmeg, used vanilla almond milk with 1 tsp. of apple cider vinegar instead of buttermilk, and only used vanilla (since I didn’t have any beans handy). I’d go a little lighter on the nutmeg next time, but they still turned out quite well!
