CHOCOLATE ORANGE CUPCAKES
Yesterday was my last Prosthetics and Orthotics final (yay!), which means that my friend Gillian is leaving me and moving to Edmonton (not yay). My mom is visiting me, so she cooked a celebratory/goodbye feast, and we threw Gillian a little party.
I have been harassed for the last 2 years to make orange and creme egg baked goods, and have refused since I hate those flavours. I tried to secretly make orange creme egg cupcakes, but found out creme eggs are only available at Easter, so they ended up just being orange cupcakes. I used this chocolate cupcake recipe and this icing recipe (but with orange instead of lemon).
The silver lining to Gill leaving is that she’ll now be Alana’s neighbour!
