RED VELVET CUPCAKES WITH CINNAMON CREAM CHEESE ICING

It’s a coworker’s birthday soon, and she said her favourite flavours are red velvet and dark chocolate; I elected to make these red velvet cupcakes that have turned out really well before, and top them with dark chocolate almonds.
