Almond Shortbread

ALMOND SHORTBREAD COOKIES Roopa I tried out the shortbread recipe from the Sprinklebakes book today, which can also be found here. I used almond extract instead of vanilla, and they turned out fantastic. They are quite easy to make, and it’s also easy to gauge when they’re done!

Mint Cookies

MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES Roopa Just my go-to cookie recipe  (but I double the vanilla, and use milk instead of eggs) with mint chocolate chips instead. [I add 1-2 tbsp of milk per egg. I add it in as the last ingredient, and add just enough to make the dough hold together.]
