White Chocolate Molasses Cookies



To be perfectly honest, I didn’t really do much with these cookies. I was baking at my friend’s house and he really did most of the work. We used this recipe from Sally’s Baking Addiction with a few little changes: we only chilled the dough for about an hour, and we didn’t roll them in granulated sugar. The flavour of the cookies was fantastic, but I felt that the dough was a little dry and would probably add a bit of milk next time.
