ALMOND SHORTBREAD COOKIES

I tried out the shortbread recipe from the Sprinklebakes book today, which can also be found here. I used almond extract instead of vanilla, and they turned out fantastic. They are quite easy to make, and it’s also easy to gauge when they’re done!
